This website is operated by Jordan L. Eller, a California-licensed Public Adjuster (CA Public Adjuster License #2M45606; Individual License #4005444), doing business as SOS Public Adjusters. SOS Public Adjusters is a DBA of SOS Environmental, LLC. Our mailing address is 100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Suite 201, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360.

If you submit a form or email us, we may send you follow-up emails related to your inquiry or claim. We do not run a marketing email list. Every email we send includes our physical mailing address and a way to reach a human. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time by replying to any email or contacting Jordan@sosadj.com.

8. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the services you requested and to comply with California recordkeeping requirements for licensed public adjusters. Records related to active and prior claim engagements are typically retained for at least seven years from the date of last activity. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete what we can while retaining any records the law requires us to keep.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using reputable hosting and email providers and limiting access to your information to people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on the website.
